Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Over 45 days ago was in an accident a lady rear ended me i made the mistake of driving off and she was not injured but 45 days has gone by and i find out that the state atty filed info on the charge of aggravated batty w/ deadly weapon. how is this right
