Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My self and 3 other employees were terminated by a bank the day after a robbery. One of these employees was questioned as an accomplish. Now it is 1 1/2 years later and the police are close to proving this employee guilty. What is the bank's liability to the remaining terminated employees?

The bank has no liability to the other employees. Florida is an "at will" state, which means an employee can be terminated for any or no reason. As long as the termination was not because of race, religion, national origin, or the like, the termination was lawful.
