Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
2257 exemption
If I have adult models on a live streaming chat service where they only expose some cleavage, am I exempt from 2257? Also, am I required to record the live streaming even if I am exempt?

Re: 2257 exemption
I don't know what you mean by "cleavage." If you mean nothing more than what anyone can see at the mall or the beach, 2257 doesn't apply to you. If what you're showing could be considered actual sexually explicit conduct, then you must follow 2257.
If 2257 is applicable, I am of the opinion that you must record and preserve your content.
