Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

my brother 16 has been arrested and release until court but he jumped into a police impound and broke in to a car a stole some speakers and tv's and stuff and cut the interior of the car but the impound only has a sign on the front of the fence in impound but he also wrote a statement saying he did it and what he did can anybody tell me what he should pleade and what are the chances of getting a lesser charge being this is his first time in trouble

The chance may be good - but to evaluate this I need the documents and a RETAINER TO COVER LEGAL FEES.I do not work for this company so i would need legal fees to cover my time.
