Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am 42, male, permanent disabled, do have several felonies (fraud, forgery, simple batteries) on my record. I know I have had the housing authority, before I had the felonies, issue me Section 8 for my housing rental. Now that I have learned my lesson, can I reapply for Section 8 or low income housing? Thanks.
