is it possible for 3 men to get charged with carrying a firearm when only one of them

Although this is an incomplete question, I believe the answer is yes, all three can be charged with possession of a firearm, even though it is only held by one person if the other two have reasonable access to it. That said, it will be difficult, but not impossible for the state to convict.
