So I have 2 mistomeanor battery's on my record I just got another battery charge I'm have court at the end of the month do u think the judge will send me to jail

You have a very strong chance of doing some jail time. Even worse, depending on your priors, this may be considered a felony battery charge! Speak with a local criminal defense attorney asap, your freedom may depend on it.
