2nd DUI

I was in a car accident last month and arrested for dui this month I spent 3 days in jail before I was bonded out. I was charged with a dui and following too closely. I am confused because on the dui ticket it says serious bodily injury to another but I was under the understanding the person was released from the hospital the next day as I was also I was charged with a misdemeanor not a felony. Can this case be dismissed? My blood level was .092 barely above but still enough to arrest me. I have 3 children I need to make arrangements for if a long jail term is required. Can you tell me what the worst and the best possible outcome from this case could be? thank You

Since this is your second DUI there is a min/mand of 10 days incarceration IF this is a second within the last 5 years. Otherwise, typ. there is a $250 fine, 12 mo. probation, several classes that you must attend and complete, and the typ. court costs, loss of your DL and restitution for the damages that you did as a result of the accident. The 10 min/man jail time can be nego. out for farm time, house arrest or in house treatment. IF you need more please feel free to call... GOOD LUCK.
