2nd offender petit theft
It is my sencond time in being charged with petit theft;both times I was, and am still, on probation. I want to know what the outcome will be. It is the second time I violated probation for the same charge. Do you kno what my sentencing will be?

No honest attorney is going to be able to tell you "what your sentence will be." There are a lot of factors involved such as your prior criminal history, what and how much was stolen, how the victim(s) may feel about the thefts, etc. Clearly you do not seem to be a very good candidate for probation. Assuming your petit theft was charged as a misdemeanor, I would expect to do some jail time to get your cases over with. I'm not sure how many judges are going to let you back on probation.

I see you have submitted the same type of questions over and over again. You should rely on the advice of your attorney. If you are interested in hiring counsel please feel free to give my office a call. I agree with all the other answers, the State will be looking for jail time.
