Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

2nd vop

my husband has been on felony prob for almost 5 yrs, he had $6k restitution for the original 3 offenses, he had a 1st vop 2 yrs ago for a dui,he still owes $3k, he got arrested & ROR 2 months ago, with the stipulation that it had to be paid by his next court date(which is in 3 wks)i know he can't pay it off, he also recently got a traffic ticket, whichis another vop for another infraction of the law, however minor & this court date for the ticket is before the court date for his restitution, i just want to know will he get time & how long. we are expecting and i'm due in sept, will i be alone?

not really enough facts to give a good answer. a traffic ticket shouldnt violate his probation unless he wasnt supposed to be driving. there is no way to tell you if he will get jail time becuase i dont have enough information.
