Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

on 11/04/09 i notion a truck sitting out front of my neighbor house , i was cleaning my daughter room when i was done cleaning the truck was still there , i look the neighbor house and there lights were off , so i walk outside and ask the guy what he was doing or if he need help,he told me to mind my own business this is my business you are park here at the neighbor house i never seen you before , i'm going to call 911, so i walk back to my house to get my cell phone and my night stick , to protect my self. i walk back up to him and ask him again what he was doing he said my friend live here i said what is his name, he won't tell me so i knock on the other door and ask if they new this guy they said no i told him to leave or i;m going to call 911 he won't ,so i call 911 and he took of as i was talking to 911 i told them of a truck as for the lic number told them i well ran after him . he trun around and the other neighbor came out and said he new him i said ok i shook hands with my neighbor , 911 call me back and ask me what was going on i told them that the prolbem was taking care of now . i walk back to my house. and then i leave. the night stick was in my hands at all time. i never point it at him. i get a call say that the cops are looking for me and want to charge me with agg assault, do i need a lawyer for this matter thank you Frank
