Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
in 2006 i plead no contest to the charge failure to re-deliver leased propert and mt adjudication was with held. Can I expunge my record if so how? Is sealing the only thing i can do and if so whats the difference between the two?

Expunged mean the record is deleted like it never happened. Sealed means there is a record, but very few people can look at (employers cannot). A sealed record makes people curious and they wonder, "What is that?" With expunged people never even get the chance to ask, "What is that?" Some charges are expunged and some are sealed. Some are not allowed to be sealed or expunged at all like DUI in FL. The good new is that adjudication was withheld, so at least you can do one or the other.
