Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
In 1991 I plead no contest to one felony and two misdemeanors . I was told I could expunge the charges after I was done with probation. The judge withheld ajudication on the felony but ajudicated me guilty of the misdemeanors. My question is did the law change on expungement after 1991 or did the judge mess up?

Somebody messed up. Once you plead to the charges, and were adjudicated guilty on even one, you lost the right to seal or expunge.
