Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
can a 3rd deg burglary and 3rd deg larceny be reduced to misdemeanors if i have no prior felonies. i took some wooden pallets from a warehouse parking lot on weekend.cops estimated value at 1100 which was exaggerated.if you see this and answer thank you for your time.

Just because you have no priors is NOT a reason for the state to reduce the charges. However, there may be many other reasons to get it reduced or possibly dismissed. You should contact an attorney in your area to see what options you have.
