I have 3rd degree felony poss of cocaine convicted in 07, serve 6 months off a year and a day in 10. how much and how fast can i have this done.get this charge esponge.

You can only expunge a charge that has been dismissed, so your plea & sentence in this case will not qualify. If, and only if, you were not convicted of this case and you have no convictions of any kind on your criminal record will you qualify to seal your record. The legal process is the same but the legal advantages vary, so I'd recommend you discuss your objectives with an attorney.
