Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have had 4 strokes since starting probation, unable to do community service due to health. receive SSD benefits, and considered permanently disable...on a vop for not be able to do the community svc, can a judge court order a disable person to do the community service?

Talk to your probation officer. They have community service available for people that are disabled.
