police arrived at a gas station responding to call of an accident. The Victim's vehicle was [arked, The vehicle I occupied was also parked and I was outside of the vehicle, While I was questioned abd given a sobriety test one of the officers went ibto my car and found drugs. I was arrested and taken to a alcool testing station abd there told I was being arrested for DUI and possesion of cocaune and asked to summit to urine and breath tesrs. I refused. The vehicle I drove was neither resgisyered or titled to me; I did not consent to search nor was drunk.

Were cops allowed to ''inventory'' and tow my vehicle? Is constructive possesion a[;icable in this case?
