Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I want to know if the 893.13 unconstitutional because i really need to know my husband life depend on it please someone answer me.

Only one state court has decided that it is unconstitutional. The Florida Supreme Court has heard oral argument on the issue but probably won't issue an opinion for several months. If possible, your husband should see if he can delay his case.
