Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
10 year age difference
I am 15, turning 16 in november and i really like a guy who is 26. We've known eachother for a year now. We need to know if us dating is legal. We are not looking to having sex anytime soon. We just want to be able to go out together without being worried or nervous that someone might say something wrong.... please help

Yes your friend could go to prison. I would highly recommend against it.

You can date. You can kiss. But until you are 18, that's about it.
