Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
An 18 year old boy was with a 14 year girl amd now serving 7 uears in the state prison in Florida. He will have to register where he lives. Is it ever possible to have this charge expunged or any other options?

In short, no. He will never be able to get this sealed or expunged.
