Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
A 14 year old was caught breaking into a car and taking keys out of it. and then he used the keys to take the persons mail. Can he be charged as an adult? first time in trouble.

Yes he can be charged as an adult, however, due to his age it is unlikely. To best protect his rights make sure he has good representation.
