Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Lets say a 16 year old commited a robbery on somebody ceased 400$ with a bibi gun and got arrested to go to the detention center for 21 days after the 21 days they let him out forr about a month and then the police came and got him to send him to jail and charge him as and adult is bond is 3,000$ but they because he violated his probation .tomorow is his court date what is going to happen and what could be the sentence ? and how is it suppose to work?

It's hard to say what his sentence will be. However, if he is being charged as an adult for armed robbery (a BB gun would probably qualify because it is the fear of the gun, not whether or not the gun could actually do any damage), then he is facing up to 30 years in prison. He needs to get an attorney immediately.
