Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have a 17 year old daughter that just graduated high school and is starting university. Her 20 year old boyfriend already goes to this same university. Both are honor students. Both are good kids that treat each other with love and respect, and have known each other for a long time. We consent to their moving in together. Do we need to be concerned about her boyfriend getting into any legal trouble if they do so?

No you shouldn't be concerned. It would take a VERY aggressive, and frankly not-so-smart prosecutor to try to go after you for any potential charges. A jury, I believe, would acquit you in a second. As far as the boyfriend is concerned, he's good so long as they have not had sex before she turned 16.
