Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am a 23 year old male dating a 17 year old female. We both live in Florida. I will turn 24 1 week prior to her turning 18.
If her parent presses charges during the week that our relationship is illegal, saying that our relations took place earlier but are now unlawful, am I at risk even if I have no contact during that week?

You can see her you just can't have sexual relations of any kind for those few days until she turns 18.
