Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was placed on a 14 year probation, with a restitution of $325,000. The probation just ended, and i found out that the judge has signed an order for my arrest due to not paying the full restitution amount. The case is in Florida. I had 9 years of supervised probation, and then i was granted administrative probation. I currently reside in New York. I have always made a payment each month. What happens now? Is the judge likely to impose a incarceration sentence? Is it likely that he will extend the probation? Should I turn myself in to the cops in NY, or should i find a way to florida and turn myself in there? please advise. Thanks

You face incarceration, however, it sounds like you may not have violated so long as you were making payments in full and on time. You should probably contact an attorney in the county where this happened in Florida and see what they advise. Turning yourself in, in New York will only delay things and probably keep you in custody longer. You will probably be better off going to Florida if you want to turn yourself in. However, you really should talk to an attorney first.
