Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
16 year old son
my 16 yr old was charged as an adult with attempted armed robbery
with a firearm but no gun was forund and he passed a ballistics test how will the proceed with this also he is emotionally handicapped how can i get any statments he may have made thrown out?

This is not something you're likely to be able to do on your own. You need to hire a good criminal lawyer.
