Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
5 years ago I was charged with felony grand theft. I received adjudicated withheld after pleading no contest and was told I would not have a felony on my record. I completed probation in 2014. Would I be able to get my concealed weapons permit? I am a single mother and would like the sense of protection. This was the only time I have ever been arrested.

Since you weren't convicted, you should be able to get it.
