Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
almost 20 years ago when i was 17 and the man i went out with was 39, he gave me drinks, put a porno movie on and told me to get naked . i said i had a headache , then he gave me some drug that i didnt know what it was and he pulled my pants off and basically jumped on me. i was a virgin at the time and that was my first date. is this rape and is there legal action to take now. i am a very naive innocent person and just recently tried to understand the situation. i have bipolar 2 and i didnt know anything about sex back then.

I am so sorry to hear about your bad experience. I believe the statute of limitations has expired on any claim you could pursue against the man. Please seek therapy so all your future relationships are not affected by this. Again, I am so sorry to hear this.
