Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
am 58 Years old I have been arrested one time from being drunk at which time I went home and my family was mad I was out on Christmas eve so a fight occurred. I was arrested for domestic violence and did not know the law. I plead guilty with my wife there and she told the magistrate she was not afraid of me returning home. I did my probation and have never again had the law called on me. My wife and I want home protection and we would like to know if this one time offence can be expunged. This happened in Ohio and we have since moved to Florida.
