You could face up to a year in jail, a $1000 fine, 12 months probation, and a two year license suspension. You should talk to an attorney. You may be able to get pretrial intervention and/or avoid some of the severe sanctions. I practice in Pinellas if you wish to give me a call at 727-528-1859.
