I am 20 years old and my girlfriend is 17 and she might be pregnant.and i live in florida.can i get in trouble if the parents wants to press charges

So long as you two never had sex when she was aged 15 or younger, then you should avoid trouble. Although technically, contributing to delinquency of a minor, a misdemeanor, might be pursued. In short, it is best to wait until she is 18.
