You are facing up to 15 years in prison on the delivery to a minor plus an additional year on the marijuana possession (assuming it is under 20 grams) and 60 more days on the minor in possession of alcohol. Needless to say, you need an attorney immediately.
You need to get the money together to hire a criminal defense attorney in your area. It does not matter that your rights were not read to you unless it sets up a motion to suppress. If it is brought in felony court you could be facing a few years in prison, but any attorney would need to know all the facts in order to score you, and we usually do not send people to prison on a first offense.
