Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

16 years old and 20 years old

I was just wondering how good my chances would be of getting permission from a county judge to get married without parental consent if my girlfriend was pregnant. I'm 20 and she was 16. If we went in front of the judge and asked him if we could get married and he denied it would I end up with criminal charges for being with her? Would her parents be able to press criminal charges against me? Please get back to me as soon as possible. I'd like to know all I could without having to contact any local administrations. If I would need a lawyer, please let me know.

I doubt a judge would overrule a parents refusal. Yes you could be arrested for rape. I would'nt bring these facts in open court. If you choose to to go to court, I would highly reccomend having a lawyer.
