Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My 10yr old daughter went into a gas station convenient store to purchase snacks for camp. she approached by a female clerk accusing her of stealing, grabbed her arm, and began digging through her pockets only to find nothing but her cell phone. i believe my daughter was violated and wish to pursue legal charges against this clerk. i live in the state of florida, what charges if any are appropriate for this action?

You need to talk to a civil attorney about this not a criminal law attorney. It sounds like a case of false imprisonment (civil), but you may have a hard time finding an attorney since the damages would be hard to prove.
