Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have a 19yr old daughter who was sentenced to 16months in prison for aggravated assult w/a deadly weapon. She was sentenced as a Youthful Offender. What I would like to know is, 1st would she ever be able to work in the medical field and 2nd, is there a chance that this will ever be able to not show up on her recorded or become hidden? thanks Cindy

If your daughter was adjudicated(which she most likely was) then she is a convicted felon, and that can never be removed from her record. Whether, she can work in the medical field depends if the job allows you to have a felony conviction,
