my 21yr old son is in jail detona beach flor for poss of 1 oxicoton pill tresspassing and stalking he has already been in jail since the20th of april how mich time will he get

He is facing 5 years prison on the drug charge and one year on the stalking charge. While he probably won't do that, he needs to talk to an attorney to see what he scores so that you have a better idea of what he is realistically facing.
