Can a 5yr split sentence be overturned or reduced?
I violated a 5yr split sentence & would like to know if i have to do the full 5yrs in prison or when i go to court can it possibly get reduced?

People use the term split to mean a variety of things. A true split would be 5 doc followed by 5 probation. It sounds like you mean a five year suspended sentnece. Legally the judge can give you whatever he wants, not to exceed five years. However, they usually impose whatever the deal called for.
