a 16 yr. withheld felony showing up on back ground check
I was charged with burglery in the state of florida 16 yrs.ago and was told adjudacation was witheld pending completion of probation which was done. i was told this would never be on my record and now this is showing up on my back ground checks even though it previously wasnt. how do I go about getting a copy of this and getting this removed? IS this because of the patriot act? does this mean my voting rights are restricted? as well as other rights denied convicted felons?
