Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
my 21yr.old daughter has a felony garge of obtaining rx by fraud she was put in pti program but keeps testing postive and not going to court has been medically discharged from 2 treament center in a 2yr time frame now in jail for missing court again what will hapen how much jail time could she be looking at????

I need to know more information. However, she is likely facing up to 5 years in prison. Oftentimes, judges feel that if she is given several chances, then the only way to "sober them up" is jail or prison.
