Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i am 17 yrs old i was arrested on thursday october 28 2010 i was never read my rights and i had not parent present at the time of questioning will they most likely drop my case because of this??? i was arrested on florida state statue 790.115

Not getting your rights read or having a parent present would NOT be the reason they drop a case. It might be a reason for them to exclude any confessions you might have made but that doesn't necessarily mean the case would be dismissed. The best thing you can do is to get yourself an attorney right away.
