Re: Absconder/fugitive
My best guess to your riddle is: A person can run from the law as far and as long as he can until the police catch him. However, in all honesty, I cannot give any sort of advice to you in fleeing from the courts or police. If you have fled a certain jurisdiction due to a probation violation you will most certainly have a bench warrant and arrest warrant posted against you. If you happen to be pulled over or stopped for any reason the police will see the outstanding warrant and take you into custody. If you are out of the state of florida and the police do see a fugitive warrant, you will be held with no bond until it is decided if they will extradite you, which in most cases they will. Your best option is to avoid this, turn yourself in and hire an attorney.
