Abusive Relansionship
If you are in a abusive relansionship and being abuse physical and verbal by the other person and you react with a weapon later on down the road will you be charge for it

Yes if you act violently, you will be charged. You might be able to use an abusive situation as a defense, but the defene may not work or be believed. Its best to get out of the relationhip, before you react in a way that ruins your life.
