Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
accepted a plea agreement for a year and a day after I was sentenced I put in for a sentence modification or mitigation it was granted and the judge vacated my sentence and resentenced me to drug court and released me now in drug court I was told I have 28 days to opt out leave drug court and can go back infront of my original judge if I were to opt out and go back to my original judge can he give me more then my original sentence of 366?

Yes and you could get more. You really need to ask your attorney right away as to what your judge and prosecutor may allow.
