Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
acces to law library
My son has been held in county jail for 3 years 8 mo. on a double homocide.We have no money so he has a public defender his second one.The first retired.It is a death penalty case since Dec.-07.Why isnt he allowed acces to law library or law books?Isn't it his right by law?

No there is no legal right to access to a law library.
