Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If you were in a accident and some died and you were on low dose pain meds but your doctor says you had a seizer is this a chargeable crime even if the people already recieved a civil suit and you were unaware of having seizers before the accident

Yes it is "chargeable" but whether a person could or should be convicted is another matter. Significant factors will be whether the seizure was caused by the medicine, whether the seizure was reasonably foreseeable by taking the medicine, and whether there was any warning about operating machinery or vehicles while taking the medicine. Vehicular manslaughter is extremely serious and obvious this person needs an attorney.
