I have accumulated quite a criminal record in florida and i have been to prison twice. Every time i get arrested they use my previous charges or points against me. if i move to another state will i still have these points from previous charges being used against me? if so which states will use them against me as florida does?

It varies from state to state how the prior record is used. The only way to answer your question is to ask a lawyer in the potential state you are considering. The only way to guarantee your prior record won't be used against you for sentencing is to avoid situations where you might be facing a criminal sentence.
