Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If i am being accused of battery and they told me from the begining that they where not seeking jail time but now they are and they told me i didnt need an attorney but then they appointed me one but i can never get in contact with my public deffender and the person who said i did this to them never wrote a statement and they moved to another state and has caught a charge there for agg. assualt what should i do
