Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Help
I am being accused of a crime in which I did not commit. The accuser made a video tape confession stating I was involved along with other individuals. The victim submitted to me an unsigned letter of demands, copy of video confession and wants restitution for these actions. Is this considered extortion and do I have a case against either the victim or the accuser?

Re: Help
If you are being charged with a crime the first thing you need to do is retain a defense attorney to represent you. He will then be able to advise you first and foremost on your defense, and secondly any damages to which you might be entitled to.
