Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have been accused of harassment due to excessive phone calls and texts. I was very concerned about a friend who I gave the number of a sober home so that he can get his life together. It was not a sober home at all and the person running it has a long record. I called the police twice and they never responded as well. Now I am being charged with harassment. I would like to know if the state attorney will see that i have a clean record, have never done anything like this before and the likelihood the case will be dropped. I am in FL.

Only the prosecutor knows if they're going to file charges. I suggest you get an attorney to discuss this matter with the prosecutor for you.
