Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am being accused of stealing $90 cash from my job that I just got fired from. My ex-boss is telling me she can hold my last paycheck, can she do that or does she have to file a suit against me?

You need to talk to an employment lawyer on this question. I think, but I am not sure, that they can not hold your check even if they suspect stealing. Again, contact an employment attorney.
